The data is not used for any purposes other than ensuring the legitimacy of user accounts and preventing multiple accounts from being created by the same user.

Storage and Use of Chatbot Content: The content used to train the AI chatbot is securely stored using industry-standard security measures. This content is not shared with any third parties and is used solely for the purpose of enhancing the chatbot's performance. Users can manage their content, including clearing and uploading new content, through the dashboard.
Storage and Use of Chat Messages: Chat messages between the website visitors and the AI chatbot are stored exclusively for the website owner's access. These messages can be deleted or downloaded by the user at any time. NEEbytes does not use or access these messages for any other purpose.

Face data collected through the face recognition technology will be retained for as long as the user's account is active. When a user chooses to delete their account, their face data will also be permanently deleted from our records.
Retention of Chatbot Content: The content used to train the AI chatbot will be retained for as long as the user's account is active. When a user chooses to delete their account, all associated chatbot content will also be permanently deleted from our records.
Retention of Chat Messages: Chat messages will be retained for as long as the user's account is active. Users can delete these messages at any time through the dashboard. When a user deletes their account, all associated chat messages will also be permanently deleted.
